I am a fan of your EAs I used R747 and it is working fine with me. I recently bought this EA, I used the default settings for EUR/USD 15M timeframe. I think there's something wrong with my settings. I added the news link to my options. Today I got this message. Would you be able to help with this or send me the settings file with the timeframe?

Are multiple trades within a currency pair linked in anyway? I would like to know if manually closing a trade would have any impact / adverse effect on other trades that your (fantastic) EA has open?
Sometimes a given position reaches a level of profit that I am comfortable with before the EA closes it (and so I would like to close it manually), but as I do not know how the logic behind the EA functions I am concerned that if I close the trade it might interfere / prevent the EA calculating the close of remaining positions it has open in the same currency pair correctly.
Are you able to confirm if manually closing individual trades would cause any issues?

it should not be a problem. So you can close the trades manually if you want. Only if you have for example more trades at one chart for example EA opened 0.01 lot and 0.03 lot and you close only one order lets say 0.03 lot ten next order opened will be again 0.03 lot.

Fantastic, I use fixed lot so I should not have an issue.
I was worried that it might use the total / combined profit of all open positions in calculating its exit, or the relative price of all open positions. For example, if the EA had 3 positions open on a chart and the first was 30 pips in profit and the other 2 trades were in loss then closing the profitable trade would either stop the EA from ever closing the other 2 trades, or make the EA wait longer to close the 2 remaining trades as the total profit of all open trades would have been reduced when I closed the profitable trade.
From your reply I believe the EA calculates the entry and exit points of trades individually based on the trend prediction and other logic, so it makes no difference to how it manages any remaining trades on the chart if I manually close one. Is that correct?

Oh you mean this case...then yes it counts total profit by all trades opened at the same chart...If you have more charts then it does not apply, but for the same chart basically it calculates the total profit done by the same magic number and symbol.
So if you for example have 3 trades opened at the same chart...2 in loss and 1 in profit and you closes just one in profit then it won't close the 2 trades in loss until these 2 orders go together to the set profit.

Thank you - this really helps as I can manage it now I understand. All I need to do is make sure if I close a trade then I need to watch all other trades on the chart with the same magic number and close those manually if needed. Thank you for the quick response and excellent help.

Sure, that's why I asked if something wrong? As you may find from the expert tag, the above 2 message "CyberTrend USDJPY M15, collecting news", and "XXXXX news collected"
I used on 2 pairs/chart, after I clip the pop up message window, the EA works normal, but the same issue seems happen on other accounts.

That is strange that on one pair it is working and on the other it has webrequest error. If you select only one chart then it raises the error? Or this is only issue when you have selected multiple charts at one time?
I will keep on watch it, to see if it happens as you said.
However, I optimize these 2 pairs, AUDNZD and USDJPY, it performs very well!
