I guess taht you need to use the same broker as I use to get that result. I use IC-Markets.

My "Santa" didn't run any order, maybe the market conditions were not optimal or maybe I did not set the robot well?

GMT Offset: + 2GMT
EA start hour: 0
EA Stop Hour: 3
Is that correct?

Your settings seams correct. Was there any errors in your log? You can see the trades opened here https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/510905#!tab=tab_trading

I put the robo to start at midnight and go until 3, but he did not open any position at midnight. So I put it to open positions from 23 o'clock until 3 o'clock, but it seems like it jumps at zero hour, why does it happen? this is normal?
