SmartPoint it is additional module that analize markets entry point and let Ea send stop or limit pending orders. Both modes are good. ST mode means Ea will send orders with visual sl, in this case sometimes we can see some DD, but total middle-term results will be good profit. Recommended risk 1-2.5%. GR mode provides higher profit/loss ratio and means instead of visual sl the Ea can send additional orders, recommended risk 0.5-0.6%, SmartPoint = false.

Sapphire runs on two accounts. One with the latest version and one with an older version. And both show this spontaneously. That's why I don't think it's the EA's problem.

The Ea includes protection system and in case you spread is too high and more than Ea's MaxSpread parameter value, so Ea can delete orders, and send it again after spread normalization. Please check your spreads, recommended ecn accounts with avg. spread 0.3-0.5 pips. Also check your PM for recommendations.
