Hi and thanks for your message and for renting my indicator :-)

Unfortunately this is technically not possible with a multi-symbol and multi-time frame indicator. You could get for instance 6 alerts at the same time (on different symbols and time frames). Even if it would be possible, to draw them all on a single chart and then remove them again for next alerts 5 minutes later (if you have enabled scanning on M5) would be quite messy. That is why I provide with the panel.

I have developed a regular indicator though for this purpose. That indicator could be attached to your chart template which opens when you click on a signal in the panel. I have uploaded this indicator to MQL5 and it should be published within 10 days. I have set a rent price of $10 for 1 year. Those of you who have purchased my Double divergence and are interested in the Divergence indicator can please contact me by writing me a private message (PM) and I will provide you with more details.

Hi Jan, thx for your detailed explanation, i will check new indicator once it's ready, what will be the name for that ? Being able to see signal points will great. Otherwise it's very time consuming to figure it out.

I have just rented the Divergence indicator and have a couple of questions:

1) I have set the alert against RSI is it possible that the Divergence is actually shown on the RSI panel itself.  Have received pop up alert, but it does not show on RSI panel, on the chart.

2) I use the Composite Index to detect divergence. Can this indicator monitor the Composite Index for divergences?

1) I always want to believe that everything is possible. But just to be sure. Do you mean that you have setup alert against RSI divergence and/or RSI filter? If RSI divergence then the divergence will be shown if you use my free indicator and setup a chart template with my free divergence indicator. 2) If it is visible in the Market Watch window as a symbol then yes. But if you will mix it with currency pairs in the same indicator session then it could be a problem with delayed alerts for the Composite index if the opening times are different than Forex.

I'm familiar with entering symbols for pairs to trade, but don't see where to set it to Market Watch?

It is enough to enter the symbols in the symbols parameter. Like you showed me on your screenshot. Did you experience some problems?

No problem, but I guess I'm used to having the Market Watch option [true/false] which saves manual input. I thought I read that in the description, but could be mistaken.

I have a second question please, I'm using the H4 time frame for the second filter, yet on the AUDJPY it's thrown up two counter trades within 15 minutes. Do the divergences have to align and compliment each other (i.e. both bearish)? If so, how could this happen?

I have the Market Watch option in my Double top/bottom scanner for MT5 and in my Multi oscillator scanner for MT4. You probably saw it there. By time I will of course also implement it in the Double divergence scanner.

They do not have to align regarding the first extremum. But they have to align on the second extremum if you have both Candle shifts set to for instance 2. It will only look for the second (supporting) divergencs in the same direction as the first. So yes, both must be bearish or bullish.

If you think that one of the AUDJPY alerts was wrong then please if you can send me a screenshot where I can see the 2 alerts. Rather also a screenshot where I can see all your parameter settings.

There were in fact also some other changes coming with version 1.1. Unfortunately due a problem at MQL5 the What's new tab lost the information after a couple of hours. This has been the case since a week back and for all sellers. Today they confirmed that it is fixed. But unfortunately not rectroactively. Luckily I made a screenshot. Please see below.

It will work fine with DAX 30 (I have no experience with US30). With DAX I would use it on M15 and M5 with Stochastics (10,3,3 or 5,3,3) and RSI 7, with the Divergence candle shift parameter set to 1. I have recently also used MACD with good results.
