Flashing can be if MT is downloading history. After loading the history, it shouldn't be. This is because MT5 downloads history to M1. It takes a lot of MB.

You can only see this happening while the market you have open is pushing a new daily high or low, it will not occur if you are watching price action inside a daily range already formed.

I am not using the alert system so I don't mind having real-time update. It would be ok for me to hide the current candle if it prevents drawings flickering too much.

Yeah, I also can not see any flicker unless the price is marking a new session high or low, so that is no big deal. Your indicators a great overall. Thanks.

How to distinguish between levels?
You can use my ZigZag indicator for a candle of a different period.
I added bright green lines to this chart as an example of session open price, everything else is using you indicator.

It works perfectly with Forex, but seems to be problematic with BTCUSD, which is a 24h market. It gives the opening price from the day before.

Orange lines = week open
Dark Violet vertical line = week start
