Yes. It is gmt 0. The account is with $100, True ECN. IcMarkets

Till now the EA has taken entries as follows (lot set in back 0.01):

Thu 12th April Profit $2

Fri 13th April (it increased the lot to 0.03 automatically) Loss $6.72

Mon 17th April No Transaction

I don't know if this is normal behavior. 

I will keep monitoring.

I just installed an IcMarkets demo account and it is offset from GMT by 2 hours, a trade should have just opened actually according to the demo account at around 10am GMT.

It's not normal behavior it shouldn't have opened a trade on Friday the criteria to open a trade were not met, it is possible that a trade could have been opened the GMT offset is wrong or if LASTCALL is not set to 12.

if TradeOnlyFixedLot is set to true it will not change the volume. However, if TradeOnlyFixedLot is set to false it will change the volume dynamically.

First a correction. I have your EA on FixiMarkets which is GMT+0. I wrote IcMarkets by mistake.

I see TradeOnlyFixedLot is false. I will turn that to true now.

I just checked FixiMarket's MT5 Live charts, the current bar on EURUSD says that it's 12:00, but GMT is 10:00 at the moment, so a trade should not be open right now in FixiMarkets with GMT offset set to 0.

Can you please verify with me that a trade is open right now, it should have opened near 1.23800 and it should be in profit.

If a trade is not open right now I highly suspect that it is due to the GMT offset.

Bear in mind that if you don't have a trade open and you change it now you will immediately enter the market at a less than optimal price.

You are right. The Server is not GMT+0

I was told it is and I never checked. Looking at server time, the live account it seems to be GMT+3

At this moment it is GM13.30 and Server is at 16.30

I have put 3 as the timeOffset.. There is no open trade since Friday. Lets see.
