I am trying to run this EA on strategy tester but its not taking any positions and I am unable to generate a report. PLease help.

perform inputs values optimization :
to set the inputs values optimization range. Here is an example of two inputs values optimization:
after choosing the inputs values range to process, go back to the previous page and click start button
wait for optimization to be processed. It may take some hours depending on your computer speed and number of chosen inputs to be optimized. You may also buy computing resources in the clouds on the Agents page in order to quickly process it. After processing, you may check and choose the best results in the result page marked in yellow and run the test with the resulting input values by right button clicking and choose 'Run single test' option.
I liked these results. I will start trading with this EA.
