Do you want to have a limit on the maximum lot, after exceeding which further trades are not opened and we expect the end result of the current series of trades?

And also increase the step of the grid after the "x" trade before the end of the current series? After trade closure the grid step size becomes to a normal size.

Correct me if I misunderstood.

max lot the EA should continue to open but not increase the lot or once max lot is reached the EA continues to open trades but a reduced MG for example

example 1 max lot = 2 initial trade is 0.01 , 0.02, and so until 2.0 if the series has not ended the next lots would remain at 2.00 until the series does close in profit

example 2 threshold lot = 2.00 (input MG after threshold reached for example 0.01) the next lots would increase by 0.01 (2.01, 2.02, 2.03, until series closes in profit

in relation to the grid size yes increase grid after "input" example  5 trades increase grid to  example (20) between trades after the series closes the grid resets to normal perimeters ready for the next trade series

hope this makes sense

I do like this EA and if you use it wisely and manage it (do not let it run wild to its own devices)  very good job. Renting atm ready to buy especially if the changes are made would be 5 star

I understood you. I will try to implement these features. If I have any additional questions, I'll write to you.

Version 1.1 send for update. New version added parameters:

- Trades for new grid (0 off) - the number of trades, after which a new grid step is used

- New grid size, points - a new grid step

- Max Volume (0 no limit) - the value of the maximum volume, after which the volume will not increase, or will increase by a given amount volume increment

- Volume increment (after MaxVol reached) - value of volume increase, after reaching Max Volume

I see your recommendation to not trade at market open and heavy red news. Preferable to trade during flat ranging periods. Hope I understood this correctly. Could you please put a time filter

on this EA - Start & Stop times to apply (if no positions open). Thank you

Ooops! I see you already have the time filter :)

Yes, I decided to leave the implementation of intervals for a pause instead of specifying the EA work time. Try to use it. If there are any questions about this function, then please contact me.

Hi Dmitry, I have a losing open position on one pair and it says waiting on next trade signal with the yellow bar showing when to pause. Does all of that look good? What concerns me is that the other 3 charts are saying "waiting on another signal result" when I have set "pause for new trades" to false. Should they not be searching trend for a new signal instead of being on hold?  Also why are there no yellow pause interval bars on the other 3 charts?

Ok, I figured out the "pause" is to do with the time intervals to pause , so reset that to "true", and all the yellow lines have come on. But I still can't figure out how to make the other charts symbols look for trade instead of waiting for result on the one symbol that has an open position?

The EA is designed in such a way that at one point in time he worked with only one series of trades on one symbol. It was done to prevent excessive risks and to better control the risks. If you have, for example, 2 open series of trades, it is very difficult to control losses. It is not known which of the series of trades will require a greater margin of safety. Therefore, the EA uses an algorithm with one series of trades.

Thanks for the reply. You will note on the chart that my EU was open with a sell position and running at a loss. The EA did not seem to be doing anything about averaging this position so I closed manually. What do you think the EA should have done or was planning to do to rectify this situation. Also, for me to trade this I need to be able to trade more than one symbol simultaneously. After extensive back tests

using real tick data I am now using tiny lots. This EA for me is a rebate system with small annual returns so I would like to have the user discretion whether to trade more than one symbol at a time. Could you please upgrade and leave a switch in there for user to make their own choice. I do appreciate your concern to make this EA as safe as possible.

What about your open trade, you have set a large minimum step to open the next averaging trade. From the input parameters, I see that the step is set to a value of 380 points. While the current trade loss is 233 points. The adviser will open the next trade only when the loss exceeds 380 points.

I'll think about how you can implement simultaneous trading on multiple symbols. At the same time, it is necessary to somehow control the situation in case of the most unfavorable outcome. I think that I will add a parameter that determines what part of the deposit will be accounted for by one series of trades. If you have any thoughts on this, please tell.

My thought is to leave the risk control to the trader and not the EA. The EA cannot know what other EAs are running and on what charts. The size of the account is fluctuating all the time. The EA just needs to manage the one chart that it is running on and ignore what else if happening with same EA on other charts. Before loading the EA on a chart the user has done all the testing and evaluated the risks. Thereafter, the EA should operate as per the inputs/instructions for that symbol. I should be able to run EA with different inputs on different charts without one chart or symbol interfering with the other. The way it is at the moment I can't use it because it is second guessing my trade plan and making decisions contrary to that plan. If I want to run EA on several symbols at the same time I should be able to do this without waiting for the work to be finished on one symbol at a time. Thanks
