I Have installed the crypto chart on MT5 but when I am trying to load the chart it gives me the error to add the http://api.benance.com/ as a url in the options. I have done that too but still MT5 gives me the same error. Need your help to resolve this

this happens when the requests reach out the limit bitfinex has defined.

Try to increase the update frequency parameter, you should not see it anymore.

I have done that too but still MT5 gives me the same error. Need your help to resolve this. Other problem :  binance exchange ONT coin not listed your tools.

Same problem on my side, the url are correctly added , also i dont have problem using binance web/desktop so my IP is not banned from binance or poloniex

dev sent me a script for make the test , but it is same problem

I rent an Amazon EC2 to make some tests with you in a Windows environment. As you are using macOS with VM, it's possible something (firewall) is blocking accessing exchanges APIs from MT5.

As this case is not punctual, we need to see each case carefully.

Eu nao sou muito familiarizado com o MetaTrader 5 (nem com o 4) e eu estou tendo o problema que os pares de moeda que eu adiciono, eles param de atualizar os precos depois de um tempo.. Quando eu fecho o MetaTrader, depois ao abrir novamente, os pares de moeda que eu ja tinha adicionado, ja estao listados na lista lateral, mas os graficos ficam parados, eles nao recebem os precos de momento.

Voce sabe como eu posso resolver esse problema?

it seems weired. 

BTW, Binance BTC/USDT work's fine
