No I can't send the file separately.
Someone else had the same issue before and they had to remove/uninstall the indicator and add it again.
You might need to contact the mql5.com support if the issue persists.
The deployment is out of my control as it is managed by the mt4 market.

Please find the attached file. The support group replied to me but the indicator I purchased from you has not been delivered yet in my terminal.

I am sorry for the trouble but as I mentioned before the indicator is purchased from the MT4 MARKET and individual developers like me do not manage the market. We upload and publish the tools through the market and MQL5.com takes care of distribution, licensing and protection (we pay a commission just for that reason). So again, I don't have a way to force the distribution/installation of the software to your client.
As they mentioned you need to make sure that you are logged in with your MT4 client to the community tab and check again both the purchased tab, you can also search again for the tool and try to download it again.

Make sure that if your broker uses some prefixes or suffixes in currency pairs, you enter them properly via the indicator's input parameters.
How to use it the best way? Perfect settings?
Defaults should be fine as long as you want to measure the strength of the 8 major currencies.

Great matrix, I have downloaded it on the MT4 platform and then opened and are using MT5 platform and was trying to download it again to MT5. When I got the MT4 one I remember there was a choice between both mt4 and mt5 but now I can't see it.
Do you know where i can get your matrix from for MT5 please mate???
