It explains how you should buy products from the market.

If you still have problems with installing the indicator to your terminal please provide screenshots.

Go to Tools >> Options >> Community >> Enter your MQL5.com login and password.

Then go to Toolbox >> Market tab >> Purchased tab. You can find your purchased indicator there.

but after following instructions in the rent column I am seeing word renew- if you go further it is going to purchase side,I am not seeing download

1. Have you provided the same Login and password as you used when you bought the indicator?

2. If yes, then go to your Navigator panel and click on Market folder. There you should see the indicator. 

3. Alternatively, go to File > Open data folder > MQL4 > Indicators > Market. You should see ex4 file.

If again you can't see the indicator please provide screenshots of what you see in the Market > Purchased tab

Do you expect signals to happen every minute?

For H1 charts you might wait days or even weeks. For lower timeframes you might wait for hours. Please attach a screenshot of your chart and a set of settings that you use for this chart. Your settings might be very strict.

Alternatively, you can test it again in your tester. Just select indicators on the left and choose RSI.MACD. This way you can test your settings.

You can use the settings set I attached in my previous post.

These are charts with fresh divergence signals. The MACD filter is turned off. This setting should be applied if you run a VPS and want to receive RSI divergence signals without MACD or Stochastic confirmations. In this case when you receive a signal you are should go to your desktop terminal, turn on MACD or Stochastic signals (if you wish), analyse and make a trading decision.

Just happening now on EURUSD M1 chart. The RSI.MACD Warden is good on all timeframes. If you trade binary option this indicator can provide you with high winning probability trading signals.
