Здравствуйте, добавьте мультитаймфрейм.
Здравствуйте! В описании индикатора есть: "Индикатор работает на любых временных интервалах". Ставьте его на график любой пары и любого таймфрейма и пользуйтесь.
Вы не поняли, я имел в виду возможность ставить индикатор от старшего таймфрейма на младшем.
Впрочем, если желаете, то можете взять из терминала МТ5 исходный код индикатора Fractals Билла Вильямса (Fractals.mq5) и модифицировать его так, как считаете нужным.
Если не сможете сделать эту модификацию самостоятельно, обратитесь к программистам-профессионалам, коих здесь немало, и они быстро и недорого (а, может, и бесплатно) сделают это.
Но прежде задайте себе вопрос: "А нужно ли это делать?"

How does the indicater define support and resisitence? Are these just higs, lows of different timframes?
Have you experiece wirh other definitions of support and resistance?
