Hello, you can set whether to wait for the bar where the cross occurred to close first or not. Kindly check the product page for a full description of the settings. Also note that most times a cross never occurs at the exact time a bar opens.
Look at the screenshot. The Buy arrow was drawn and then the red arrow (sell) was drawn but no entries. There was an entry in the middle that went through. I am not talking about the crossing of the MAs. I am talking about the fact that the METATRADER buy arrow showed up, but no entry. Similar. The METATRADER sell arrow showed up but no entry either. The middle transaction showed up and was executed. These were not pending entries either. That was on a live account without changing any settings along the way. Can METATRADER draw arrows accidentally, or is there a different way for the arrows to be drawn?
I also have no other advisors or indicators running on the same pair.

Still have the same issue...see screenshots enclosed. USDCHF M30. I have two EMAs one 15 and one 25 (also plotted on the chart). Check when the EMAs cross and when the sell signal shows up. Still though no order went through. I am also enclosing a picture of the settings I am using. This is on a live account.

The arrows are drawn automatically by the terminal when a trade opens if allowed to in the script. Try reinstalling or updating to the latest mt4. This is an issue iv'e never heard of. For more questions, kindly message me in private.
Can anyone share some settings which you have tested with good results?

I don't see a lot of the inputs from the advertised trade settings. No place to edit 1st, 2nd, & 3rd MA's. No trailing stop edit, etc. Am I missing something?

I have got your EA today.
The EA opens a trade when there is no MA cross, and does not open trades when the MAs cross.
I set up separate charts from M5 through to Mn to see if the trades were being triggered from another timeframe, but they weren’t.
I have read the products page thoroughly, several times, and double checked and changed all the inputs but still I cannot see how to resolve this.
Please advise

but there is the problem, that sometimes (not all trades) the ea open the order, but without opening the entered s/l or t/p. and this is also a problem you can find in the backtesting...
the risks of open orders without s/l and t/p in the market are to high - the ea is useless, doesn't work well all the time.

I think I have found the problem. The problem sometimes is that after opening an order the sl and tp will only insert a few seconds later (10 - 50 seconds on vps) and between this time the market continues and the ea can't insert the sl and tp, because the market price is already too close at or already beyond the price of sl or tp.
I think the ea must faster insert the sl and tp after opening an order. Do you think you can fix this problem? After this modification the ea would run perfectly for me :-)
Or is there an other problem/solution?

The stops should not fall too close to the current price and also not close to the open price. There are limits that the brokers set so try and set bigger stops to avoid delays in certain circumstances.
stops = 20 points
take profit = 50 points
sometimes the ea doesn't set the stop and take profit.

20 points on a 5 digit broker is only 2 pips. Thats too low.
ok. the stop level of my broker is 15 points. so the stop with 20 points is too low. you are right! thanks a lot for your support :-)
