1) adjust risksetting
2) adjust swaphour. and max. allowed swap ammount. swaprollover off the broker e.g.

After attach the Expert on Timeframe M5 . please check the Clock settings. So GMT +DST time must correct to current GMT + 1

My broker is GMT 0 and does not change time during NY DST.
I am using the GMT0 set files you sent, but do I still set the DST offset to 0 or 1? I assume 0 given my broker doesn't adjust for DST

hi Andrew, the function of gmt and dst is same like Nighttrader EURUSD. you should fill in summer 1. you can sent me screenshot or compare with Nighttrader. do you use stilll nighttrader?
On the backtests, why are some pairs MUCH better or worse depending on GMT 2 or 3? Is it because of how the downloaded history is? I use ICMarkets with this EA. I don't know how to correctly backtest it.
hi actually all user report me great backtesting results. I think something wrong can you write me wihich Currencies? and sent me your setting file. did you use downloaded Tickdata or standart from MetaTrader?.
Please note also there are no secure backtesting for nighttrader because of very diffrent floating spread of the nighthours, the best backtest are live results from signal detailed statistics you find on my fxblue account. you can see we are with all curriniceis in profit except a new currency AUDCAD small loss (in scalping Mode).

Hi Ugur - I'm getting errors when I load the Retro Expert saying that I haven't added the remote disable or news URL exceptions.
I have both enabled in the exceptions, but I'm still getting these errors, and the address in the pop up doesn't match the journal error either, so unsure what's going on here...

hmmm . on my vps works just now. it can happen if there was short no internet connection or slow internet connection. some how i built just after few seconds timeout if expert can not get the file form my website. ist it lways or only few times. It has no influence of trading. but if this happen very often . it can remoteswitch of not work for you?!?

- Is there a reason you clamp lot size to 0.1 ?
- I've set NT and RT on 2 account (ICM demo and the existing live account I already have with FXOpen ). This night I had pretty same profit on both (but not same trades) while I have 1000 EUR on demo and 100 EUR on live.
Lots opened were 0.10 (should be 0.20 if I had unclamp it but nevermind) and 0.02.
But at the end the profit was almost the same (2 * 3.05 on FXopen with 0.02 lots, and 4.38 + 4.12 - 0.27 on ICM demo with 0.10 lots).
DD was also higher on ICM demo which is surprising.
I was surprised to see this since I expected to have someting like 5 times more profits according to lot size.
Is the EA is set to work this way?

- What about "dynamic take profit", do you think we should turn it on, do you use it?

==> No it is only for security reason for new user if they set risk wrong ( to high) to protect. you can change to any lot size

==> 1. these are twi differen broker do you compare and one of them is demo account. I think sundy was huge gaps on GBPUS or other sudden movement and suprising spread floating. so you get different prices on different broker. I was yesterday also in profit also other user but in such movement moment you can not get same price at all broker even not in same broker.
EA try to open if indicators says open and the rest of it broker speed or vps speed some get best. but this happen often sundey and huge movement ususally you get comparable price on smae broker

==> you can try I insert this function for some pairs work better with this option. it takes the upper level of channel as TP. but the curencies which runs may work better with this option maybe in futere other curencies.

More precisely, is it even possible to activate my rented EA from Broker A to Broker B, which is ECN with smaller spread?

Hi Ugur - I restarted my VPS, and the problem no longer occurs. Must have been an update or something that caused the problem - all fixed now, so thanks for the help

hi
yes you can you have 5 activation . it means on 5 different pc you activate. there is no limit MT4 instanz or broker.
just go MT section (tab) Market find NT and download MT4 want you should log your mql5 account and if you already buy or rent mql5 allow to only activation than you can active.
