Входные параметры.

Copier type - В первую очередь, после присоединения к любому свободному(нет наложенных советников) графику, Вы должны выбрать значение параметра Copier type.
Если хотите, чтобы копировщик торговли работал в роли отправителя свойств ордеров этого счета, то должны выбрать Source(далее Source Copier) и настроить параметры находящиеся до индикативного параметра Parameters for Target account. Параметры находящиеся после указанного параметра, не будут учитываться в работе копировщика.
Если хотите, чтобы копировщик работал в роли получателя свойств ордеров исходного(Source) счета, на свой целевой(Target) счет, то должны выбрать Target(далее Target Copier) и настроить параметры находящиеся после параметра Parameters for Target account и параметр EAWorkPeriodicity. Параметры находящиеся до(выше) указанного параметра, не будут учитываться в работе копировщика.
Если не выберете ни один из двух отмеченных опций, то другие изменения значений параметров не исполнятся и Copy Trade Copier не загрузится.

EAWorkPeriodicity - периодичность работы советника в секундах, например: 0.1, 2. Означает, что через каждые EAWorkPeriodicity секунд, этот советник снова начинает исполнять свой код. Этот параметр предусмотрен для того, чтобы пользователь смог самостоятельно управлять загрузкой процессора. Хотя этот советник слабо загружает процессор, но при одновременной работе многих копировщиков нагрузка возрастет. Например при скальпинге нужно ставить менее 1 секунды, а при долгосрочной торговле можно - больше.
Учтите возможную ситуацию на данном примере: на исходном счете открылся рыночный ордер при EAWorkPeriodicity=5 секунд копировщика Source Copier. Через несколько секунд(в пределах 5) после открытия этого ордера, Source Copier начинает свою очередную обработку окружения и отправляет информацию об открывшемся ордере. Советник Target Copier, находящийся  на целевом счете другого торгового терминала, при своем параметре EAWorkPeriodicity=5 секунд, через несколько секунд(в пределах 5) после отправки с исходного счета, получает эту информацию и пробует открыть копию этого ордера. Но оказалось, что за эти секунды рыночная цена успела удалиться более чем на DeviationInSpreads или DeviationInPoints(параметры Target  Copier) от цены открытия ордера на исходном счете и Target  Copier не копирует этот ордер. Хотя Target Copier будет пытаться открыть копию, регулярно проверяя условия и если цена вернется в разрешенный диапазон - ордер откроется. Такая ситуация может случиться из-за большой величины EAWorkPeriodicity у советника(одного или обоих) или из-за меньшей величины DeviationInSpreads или DeviationInPoints или же из-за волатильности торгового инструмента или времени торговли.

Input parameters.

EAWorkPeriodicity - periodicity of the EA, in seconds, for example: 0.1, 2. It means that every EAWorkPeriodicity seconds, the expert advisor again starts to execute its code. Send only this symbols(separator ",") - Если хотите отправлять(на целевой счет) для копирования только ордера определенных торговых инструментов, то записывайте их названия через разделитель ",".
Например: EURUSD,GBPUSD. Имейте ввиду, что при этом, если на целевом счете имеются ранее отсюда скопированные ордера с символами вне этого списка, то они закроются.
Send without this symbols(separator ",") - Если не хотите отправлять для копирования ордера определенных торговых инструментов, то записывайте их названия через разделитель ",". Имейте ввиду, что при этом, если на целевом счете имеются ранее отсюда скопированные ордера с символами с этого списка, то они закроются.
Disallow sending pending orders - При true запрещается отправлять для копирования отложенные ордера.
Disallow sending Stop Loss - При true запрещается отправлять для копирования значения Stop Loss ордеров.
Disallow sending Take Profit - При true запрещается отправлять для копирования значения Take Profit ордеров.

Parameters for Source account - The following are the input parameters for the trade copier located on the source account, i.e. when selected Copier type = Source.

Disallow sending Stop Loss - If true, it prohibited to send to copy the values of Stop Loss orders.
Disallow sending Take Profit - If true, it prohibited to send to copy the values of Take Profit orders.

Parameters for Target account - Далее следуют входные параметры для копировщика находящегося на целевом счете, т.е. при выбранном Copier type = Target.
Source Account Number - Сюда запишите номер счета, откуда хотите копировать ордера(исходного счета). Т.е. это тот счет, где находится копировщик с выбранным Copier type = Source.
EAAdditionalWorkPeriodicity - дополнительная(страховочная) периодичность обработки информационного окружения советником, в минутах. Для экономии ресурсов компьютера, советник иногда решает, что нет необходимости совершать некоторые определенные действия при очередной работе через каждые EAWorkPeriodicity секунд. Но так как он эти решения принимает в том числе за счет взаимодействия с терминалом(и торговым сервером через терминал) и операционной системой, то из-за ошибок последних он может принимать неверные решения. Поэтому, если промежуток пропуска таких действий достигает EAAdditionalWorkPeriodicity минут, то страховочно совершаются пропущенные действия.
Magic - этот магический номер определяется пользователем и присваивается всем скопированным ордерам. Будьте внимательны, если на одном счете работают несколько целевых советников, то их магические номера(соответствующие входные параметры Magic) должны различаться. Если Magic=0, то советник(Target Copier) поставит в его значение номер исходного счета. Таким образом, если ни один из целевых советников(Target Copier) на том же счете не имеет тот же исходный счет(параметр Source Account Number) для копирования, то Magic можно поставить равным 0.

Parameters for Target account - The following are the input parameters for the trade copier  located on the target(destination) account, i.e. when selected Copier type = Target.

EAAdditionalWorkPeriodicity - Additional (insurance) frequency processing the information environment of the EA, in minutes. MoneyManagement - Способ управления объемами копируемых ордеров.
При выборе BalanceLot, соотношения объемов копируемых ордеров целевого счета к балансу целевого счета будут равны аналогичным соотношениям исходного счета. Например: если на исходном счете с балансом 10000$ откроется ордер с объемом в 1 лот, то копирование(открытие ордера) на целевом счете с балансом 1000$ будет с объемом в 0.1 лота. После этого, результат этого вычисления будет умножаться на значение входного параметра LotMultiplier. Таким образом Вы сможете увеличивать или уменьшать риски(относительно объемов) по отношению к исходному счету. При частичном закрытии тоже будут учитываться отмеченные соотношения.
При выборе EquityLot, соотношения объемов копируемых ордеров целевого счета к средствам(Equity) целевого счета будут равны аналогичным соотношениям исходного счета. Например: если на исходном счете со средствами 200$ откроется ордер с объемом в 0.01 лот, то копирование(открытие ордера) на целевом счете со средствами 2000$ будет с объемом в 0.1 лота. После этого, результат этого вычисления будет умножаться на значение входного параметра LotMultiplier. При частичном закрытии тоже будут учитываться отмеченные соотношения.
При выборе MultiplyLot, объемы копируемых ордеров исходного счета будут умножаться на значение входного параметра LotMultiplier. Например: при LotMultiplier=0.5, если на исходном счете откроется ордер с объемом в 0.2 лота, то копирование(открытие ордера) на целевом счете будет с объемом в 0.1 лота.
При выборе FixedLot, объемы копируемых ордеров целевого счета будут равны значению FixedLotSize.
При выборе MinimalLot, объемы скопированных ордеров целевого счета будут равны минимально разрешенным объемам соответствующих торговых инструментов.
Учтите, что после соответствующих вычислений, советник будет производить округление лота с разрешенной на этом счете точностью. При частичном закрытии на исходном счете, если после округления результат изменится на менее чем LOTSTEP, то частичного закрытия на целевом счете не будет. Если после умножения результат будет меньше MINLOT, то естественно, что запроса на открытие не будет(но с помощью определенного увеличения значения MinlotRatio можно разрешить открытие). Если после умножения результат будет больше MAXLOT, то отправится запрос на открытие с соответствующим разрешенным объемом MAXLOT. MoneyManagement - A method for managing the volumes of copied orders.

When choosing MultiplyLot, the volume of orders copied the original invoice will be multiplied by the value of the input parameter LotMultiplier. For example: when LotMultiplier = 0.5, if the source account will be opened order with a volume of 0.2 lots, then copying (open orders) on the target account is with a volume of 0.1
lot.
When choosing FixedLot, volumes copied orders in the target account will be equal to the value of FixedLotSize.
When choosing MinimalLot, volumes copied orders in the target account will be equal to the minimum permitted volume of these trade instruments.
Note that after the relevant calculations, the EA will produce a order lot rounding permitted on this account definition. When partial closure to the source account, if after rounding the result of changes to less than LOTSTEP, the partial closure of the target account will not. If, after multiplying the result will be less MINLOT, it is naturally that the request for the opening will not (but with a specific increase value MinlotRatio can allow the opening). FixedLotSize - Фиксированный размер лота копируемых ордеров, независимо от объемов их оригиналов на исходном счете. Учитывается если выбрано значение FixedLot параметра MoneyManagement.
MinlotRatio - Максимально допустимое соотношение минимального разрешенного размера лота на целевом счете(настройка брокера) к необходимому расчетному объему для открытия копируемого ордера(соответственно входных параметров). Если минимально разрешенный размер лота на целевом счете(настройка брокера) больше необходимого расчетного объема для открытия копируемого ордера(соответственно входных параметров) не более чем в MinlotRatio раз, то ордер откроется. В противном случае - нет. Например: MinlotRatio=10, ордер на исходном счете XAUUSD lot=0,02(например при MoneyManagement=MultiplyLot и LotMultiplier=1), на целевом счете разрешенный Minlot=0.2. Ордер откроется, так как: 0.2/(0.02*1)<=10(в данном примере равно 10). Если же XAUUSD lot=0,03(LotMultiplier=1) или XAUUSD lot=0,02(LotMultiplier=1.5) или MinlotRatio=9 или расчетный лот(соответственно входных параметров BalanceLot или EquityLot и т.д.) получился равным 0.01(0.2/0.01>10), то - не откроется.
Этот параметр предназначен для редких случаев. Используйте его только тогда, когда большинство инструментов возможно было настроить для копирования, кроме нескольких - из-за ограничения их минимального лота. Т.е. оставьте значение равным 1, если на целевом счете нет отмеченных проблем или если для Вас не критично невозможность копирования нескольких торговых инструментов.
Slippage - значение максимального проскальзывания в пунктах торгового инструмента, при открытии или закрытии рыночных ордеров, на которое Вы согласны. Отправляется Вашему брокеру при указанных действиях.

This option is designed for rare cases. Use it only when the majority of the tools is possible be configured to copy, except for a few - because of the limitations of the minimum lot. Slippage - значение максимального проскальзывания в пунктах торгового инструмента, при открытии или закрытии рыночных ордеров, на которое Вы согласны. Отправляется Вашему брокеру при указанных действиях.
PriceShift - Сдвиг цены(в пунктах целевого счета) финансового инструмента на целевом счете относительно цены на исходном счете. Будет прибавляться или отниматься(при отрицательном значении параметра) от цен всех копируемых финансовых инструментов исходного счета. Учитывается и при открытии ордеров и при их модификации. Например, если на исходном счете открылся ордер BUYLIMITс ценой открытия 1.00005, с Stop Loss 0.90005 и с Take Profit 1.10005, то при PriceShift=2 он скопируется по цене открытия 1.00007, с Stop Loss 0.90007 и с Take Profit 1.10007. Т.е. например, если текущая цена определенного инструмента на исходном счете равна 1.30000, а цена того же инструмента на целевом счете(разумеется другого брокера) равна 1.30003, то если Вы хотите учитывать этот сдвиг по ценам, то должны записать значение PriceShift=3. Проблема использования этого параметра в том, что у разных символов могут быть разные сдвиги(или отсутствовать), но он будет применяться ко всем инструментам. При 0 - сдвиг цен не будет учитываться.
OpenDeviationInSpreads - максимально допустимое отклонение текущей цены на целевом счете(в прибыльную сторону, если значение OpenDeviationInSpreads положительное), от цены открытия рыночного ордера на исходном счете, до которого(до цены) будет происходить попытка копирования этого рыночного ордера(сделки), рассчитанное в количестве спредов данного инструмента: OpenDeviationInSpreads * SPREAD.
Например, если текущий спред финансового инструмента копируемого ордера на момент попытки копирования 10 пунктов(учтите, что на некоторых типах счетов спред может изменяться), а OpenDeviationInSpreads = 2, то  допустимое отклонение будет равно 20 пунктов. Т.е., если при попытке открытия копируемого ордера, имеющаяся рыночная цена открытия будет отличаться от цены открытия ордера на исходном счете на более чем 20 пунктов(в прибыльную сторону), то приказа на открытие не будет. Хотя Target Copier будет пытаться открыть копию, регулярно проверяя условия и если цена вернется в разрешенный диапазон - ордер откроется. Конкретнее: при цене открытия BUY ордера на исходном счете 1.20000, если цена на целевом счете будет менее чем 1.20021(например 1.20020, 1.20005, 1.19900 и т.д.), то сделка откроется(скопируется).
OpenDeviationInPoints - учитывается если OpenDeviationInSpreads = 0 и означает то же отклонение, что и OpenDeviationInSpreads, только в прямо указанных пунктах конкретного торгового инструмента при попытке открытия. Так как волатильность торговых инструментов разная, то если торгуете многими из них, удобнее пользоваться параметром OpenDeviationInSpreads. Но если финансовых инструментов мало, то возможно удобнее пользоваться этим параметром, особенно если спред данных финансовых инструментов очень волатильный. Например: при OpenDeviationInPoints=-20, при цене открытия BUY ордера на исходном счете 1.20000, если цена на целевом счете будет менее чем 1.19981, то сделка откроется(скопируется). Т.е. на целевом счете сделка откроется, только в том случае, если цена входа будет более выгодной(на 20 пунктов в приведенном примере) относительно цены исходного счета.

PriceShift - price shift (in points on the target account) of the financial instrument on the target account relative on the price on the source account. OpenDeviationInSpreads - the maximum permissible deviation of the current price in a target account (in a profitable way, if the value OpenDeviationInSpreads positive), of the opening price market order on the source account to which (to prices) will be an attempt to copy this market order (deal), calculated in the amount of spread of the instrument: OpenDeviationInSpreads * SPREAD.
For example, if the current spread of the financial instrument at the time of the copied order trying to copy 10 points (note that some types of accounts spread can vary), and OpenDeviationInSpreads = 2, then the permissible deviation is equal to 20 points. That is, when you try to open the copy order, if available market price will differ from the opening price on the original order opening the account for more than 20 points (in a profitable way), there will be no an order for opening. OpenDeviationInPoints - taken into account if OpenDeviationInSpreads = 0 and means the same deviation as OpenDeviationInSpreads, only directly indicated specific points to the trading tool when trying to open. Reverse - при true советник будет копировать ордера с исходного счета в обратном виде(при BUY->SELL и наоборот, при BUYLIMIT->SELLSTOP и наоборот, при SELLLIMIT->BUYSTOP и наоборот). Расстояния Stop Loss и Take Profit от цены открытия своего(скопированного) ордера на целевом счете, будут равны аналогичным расстояниям оригинального ордера на исходном счете.
Например, если на исходном счете открылся ордер BUY с ценой открытия 1.30000 с Take Profit -ом 1.30030(+30), то при цене открытия 1.30002 SELL ордера на целевом счете, его Take Profit будет 1.29972(-30).
Имейте ввиду, что если при имеющихся скопированных ордерах изменить значение этого параметра, то при изменении оригиналов этих копий, исключается возможность модификации скопированных ордеров.
ChangeSymbols - если выбрать false, то советник при копировании ордеров не будет менять названия торговых инструментов. Если названия аналогичных торговых инструментов у брокеров различаются, то необходимо выбрать true, чтобы советник задействовал код для обработки имеющихся далее входных параметров.
CutLetters - если нужно убрать лишние символы находящиеся рядом. Например, если на исходном счете торговый инструмент называется "#_EURUSD", а на целевом счете "EURUSD", то записываем "#_" . Или если "EUR/USD", а нужно "EURUSD", то записываем "/".
AddPrefix - если нужно добавить приставку. Например, если на исходном счете торговый инструмент называется "EURUSD", а на целевом счете "#_EURUSD", то записываем "#_" .
AddSuffix - если нужно добавить окончание. Например, если на исходном счете торговый инструмент называется "EURUSD", а на целевом счете "EURUSD$", то записываем "$" .
SimilarSymbols1...10 - советник будет читать эти параметры, только если предыдущие 3 параметра пустые. Если предыдущими 3 параметрами невозможно настроить аналогичность торговых инструментов, то аналогичность конкретных инструментов указываем с помощью этих параметров. Для этого в одном из параметров записываем 2 аналогичных торговых инструмента, разделяя их символом "=". Например, если торговый инструмент "XAUUSD" исходного счета имеет название "GOLD" на целевом счете, то нужно в одном из параметров SimilarSymbols1...10 записать: "XAUUSD=GOLD". При записи необходимо придерживаться очередности. В первой части нужно записать название торгового символа на исходном счете(в примере "XAUUSD").
Copy only this symbols - Если хотите копировать только ордера определенных торговых инструментов, то записывайте их названия через разделитель ",". Например: EURUSD,GBPUSD. Все ранее открытые ордера, независимо от их названия, будут продолжать отслеживаться(на модификацию, полное или частичное закрытие). Названия инструментов относятся к текущему счету(целевому). Т.е. если Вы выбрали ChangeSymbols = true и SimilarSymbols1 = XAUUSD=GOLD, то необходимо написать GOLD.
Copy without this symbols - Если не хотите копировать ордера определенных торговых инструментов, то записывайте их названия через разделитель ",". Все ранее открытые ордера, независимо от их названия, будут продолжать отслеживаться.

Disallow modifying Take Profit - При true запрещается модифицировать значения Take Profit скопированных ордеров целевого счета, соответственно изменениям оригиналов этих ордеров на исходном счете.
ShowAlerts - При true, Copy Trade Copier иногда будет показывать оповещения. Если бы терминальная опция: через свойства советника(F7) Общие->Разрешить алерты - работала, то этого параметра не было бы. Но этот параметр не повлияет на показ сообщений-подсказок, которые во время настройки параметров копировщика, при необходимости будут показываться.
Alert Language - Язык показываемых оповещений и сообщений: Eng и Rus.
SendNotifications - если выбрать true, то советник после открытия ордера пошлет Push-уведомление на мобильные терминалы, чьи MetaQuotes ID указаны в окне настроек(Ctrl+O) на закладке "Уведомления". Можно указать до 4 MetaQuotes ID, разделенные запятыми. Необходимо включить опцию "Разрешить Push-уведомления" - чтобы разрешить клиентскому терминалу отсылать сообщения. Чтобы узнать свой MetaQuotes ID, откройте мобильную версию терминала и перейдите на страницу Настройки -> Сообщения.

Копировщик Source Copier(т.е. советник Copy Trade Copier с выбранным значением Source параметра Copier type) нужно наложить на график(с любым таймфреймом) одного(любого) из финансовых символов того торгового счета в терминале MT4, из которого копируются ордеры(исходный счет). Он работает как с доступом по торговому паролю, так и по инвесторскому.  Не нуждается в разрешении автоматической торговли.
Копировщик Target Copier(т.е. советник Copy Trade Copier с выбранным значением Target параметра Copier type) нужно присоединить к графику(с любым таймфреймом) одного(любого) из финансовых инструментов того торгового счета в терминале MT4, в который копируются ордеры(целевой счет). Он нуждается в разрешении автоматической торговли при помощи кнопки  на панели инструментов терминала или через аналогичную настройку Сервис->Настройки(Ctrl+O)->Советники->Разрешить автоматическую торговлю, а также через свойства самого советника(F7) Общие->Автоматическая торговля->Разрешить советнику торговать.
В окне "Обзор рынка" терминала целевого счета должны присутствовать финансовые инструменты копируемые с исходного счета(или их аналоги). Если Вы этого не сделаете - советник сам попробует их включить.
Если во время торговли Вы часто переключаете период графика или меняете символ на том же графике, то рекомендуется ставить советник на отдельный график, чтобы не было лишних переинициализаций советника.
Очень редко, из-за внутренней ошибки MT4, после изменения входных параметров копировщика или после изменения периода графика, Copier может стать неактивным. При этом кнопка находящаяся на правом верхнем углу графика окрашивается в красный цвет с надписью "Inactive". В таком случае нажмите на эту кнопку или переключите период графика и копировщик активируется. При этом кнопка окрасится в зеленый цвет с надписью "Active". Хотя, советник сам будет пытаться активироваться.
После настройки входных параметров рекомендуется сохранить их значения в *.set файле: F7->Входные параметры(Inputs)->Сохранить(Save). Чтобы потом загрузить сохраненные настройки, нажмете кнопку Загрузить(Load) и выберите нужный *.set файл.
Если хотите значительно уменьшить нагрузку на ресурсы(загрузка процессора и оперативной памяти) компьютера/VPS, то рекомендуется:
скрыть неиспользуемые символы в окне "Обзор рынка" и может еще и закрыть это окно;
не увеличивать или уменьшить значение опции "Макс. баров  окне:", находящегося в Сервис->Настройки(Ctrl+O)->Графики. Можно то же самое применить и к "Макс. баров  истории:";
закрыть неиспользуемые графики;
максимизировать/развернуть(кнопка Maximize на правом верхнем углу графика) отображение одного из графиков(при этом остальные останутся скрытыми за этим графиком) или свернуть(кнопка Minimize) все графики, при этом в области показа останутся только заголовки окна графиков;
свернуть(кнопка Minimize терминала) сам терминал MT4.

Explained.

Source Copier (ie. If during a trade you frequently switch between charts, or change the symbol on the same chart, it is recommended to put the EA on a separate chart, to avoid unnecessary reinitialization the EA.
Very rarely, due to an internal error the MT4, after changing input parameters copier or a change in the chart period, Copier can become inactive. Thus, button, which is located on the upper right corner of the chart is painted in red with "Inactive" inscription. In this case, click on the button or switch between charts and copier activated. Значения параметра Source Account Number  у двух целевых советников одинаковое, так как они копируют торговлю с одного и того же исходного счета.

Так как на этом счете пока нет других советников, то значение его параметра Magic можно оставить 0. Если Magic=0, то советник поставит в его значение номер исходного счета(это значение его параметра Source Account Number).
4. Ставим Target Copier на другой график(на котором нет наложенного советника) любого финансового инструмента того же целевого счета третьего из торговых терминалов. Записываем в значение его входного параметра Source Account Number номер второго из исходных торговых счетов(это тот счет, где находится второй из Source Copier). Так как на этом счете уже есть другой советник(первый Target Copier), то необходимо записать значение его параметра Magic.
В итоге открыто 3 терминала со своими счетами. 1-й терминал с 1-м исходным счетом и советником Source Copier. 2-й терминал с 2-м исходным счетом и советником Source Copier. 3-й терминал с целевым счетом и двумя советниками Target Copier(присоединенных к разным графикам). Работают 2 пары копировщиков Source-Target.
