Looks like a very useful indicator. One major issue that I see is that upper and lower threshold lines are not depicting properly. Not sure what the issue is but kindly take a look. Thanks so much.
Hi, thanks very much for the feedback. I am happy to take a look, could you send a screenshot of the issue? I don't see any issues with the threshold lines on our terminal, they look exactly like the screenshots on the product page.

Great, thanks for the screenshot, I see what's going on. If you look at ATR Volatility properties, the default upper and lower threshold values are set to 0.0008 and 0.0006, respectively (these were default values selected from 5min EURUSD). On your 15min CADJPY chart, the ATR Volatility values are higher, so the scale is much larger. The threshold lines are being drawn properly, they're just at the very bottom of your chart. If you change the threshold values to something higher, you'll be able to see them.
Also, the color scheme for this indicator was designed for a white/light background like on the product page, so it may help visualization if you choose different colors for a black background?

Thanks Jay. You are right. What would you recommend be the volatility range for the upper and lower threshold on a 15 min chart?

Sorry, I can't give out recommendations for threshold values, it depends on your trading plan/style. This is just a free tool we designed by request of one of our customers.
Good indicator, but I'm getting ongoing alert messages that the ATR Volatility Alerts are on by switching any timeframe. That's quite annoying. How can I fix that?

Future versions will include an option to disable these after acknowledging once. In the interim, I suggest you turn off alerts on the window where you are switching between many timeframes. ATR alerts have to be adjusted for each timeframe anyway, it doesn't make sense to leave alerts on when switching timeframes. If you want alerts staying on in the background, you can always open a 2nd window and let that window stay on one timeframe (see attached screenshot).

Hi Tarek, thank you very much! Not to say that we won't add this in the future, but for the time being we have not planned to add this functionality to this indicator. We generally reserve this for paid indicators because of the extra effort/testing involved.

Great! This indicator comes with email, message, and sound alerts (configurable in MT4 client). If you set it up with push email, this should do exactly what you need.

Hi, I am interested in this indicator to buy, but it is not working right now.
I usually setup with 1x ATR on M5-M30-M60 (3 different charts opened at same time) to get alerted on any low volatility candles, but not working. Could you make other indicator and charge for it, as long as work is ok to me.

do you have the mq4 or the ex4 file? my mt4 market is acting funny and I cant use your indicator. Great job btw :)
