No, we don't dedicated account for this EA but you can refer to the above link for more classic strategy using this EA. 

Broker wise, any supervised broker with low cost works good for dashboard trading.

please add this feature:-

Add GMT offset and GMT daylight saving offset settings so the session start and finish times are in sync with the broker time.
