A strong EA is built by trading live, monitoring losses, understanding their causes, and continuously improving with the right indicators and parameters to reduce risk.

The first public release of my Gold Scalping Expert is the result of multiple private versions that were extensively tested and refined in live trading conditions, not in the strategy tester. Every improvement was based on real performance, not simulated results.

Many developers focus on creating impressive backtests, but those results often fail to hold up in live markets. Losses are inevitable in trading, the key difference is how they are managed. A truly successful EA is one that keeps losses under control and allows winning trades to consistently drive the equity curve upward.

Pause Trading: 30 minutes before the American session start and for one hour to avoid sharp drops with the US session start, 2 hours starting 30 minutes before midnight, between American and Asian session (time slots support midnight in the same slot, e.g. 23:30 to 01:30)
