Thank you for getting in touch..it is a meta trader 4 indicator..if you have downloaded the product successfully. please let me know what is not loading..
1. The smart volume clusters or
2. The retail volume or
3. The %probability
so that I can check with the moderators to find out where the problem is.
nothing is happening it downloaded but it wont attach to my chart
ok..after downloading..restart meta trader again an try to re attach the indicator

if you have confirmed that the file is copied to the meta trader 4 folder C:\Program Files\Meta Trader 4\MQL4\Indicators\Prometheus Smart Money.ex4
and restarted meta trader 4 and it still wont load then please send me meta trader 4 build you are using to find out from the moderator why it is not working on your MT4
im still new to all this is it possible to do teamveiwer and u have a look at it
May be we may not need to come to that
1. Open you meta trader 4, on your top left bar you will see the "view" tab..click on it
2. Then go down to "Navigator"..click on it
3. A window will open on your left..then expand "Indicators" you should see the file Prometheus Smart Money.ex4
4. If it is not listed, sometimes it is saved on the Expert Advisors folder..so expand "Expert Advisors" you should see the file Prometheus Smart Money.ex4
5. To copy the file from Expert Advisors folder go to C:\Program Files\Meta Trader 4\MQL4\Experts\Prometheus Smart Money.ex4
6. Copy it on C:\Program Files\Meta Trader 4\MQL4\Indicators\Prometheus Smart Money.ex4
7.Restart meta trader 4 then re attach the indicator
if possible share screen shots. Also to check your MT4 build date go to top bar..click "Help" tab then "About" tab
