Либо ты в настройках платформы не разрешил экспертам совершать сделки, либо в настройках самого эксперта указал некорректные параметры, ну или еще как вариант может быть недостаточно средств для совершения сделки. Советую проверить разрешения на открытие сделок в настройках платформы, сбросить настройки советника или применить файл с настройками, который я ранее выкладывал, а еще выставить минимальный лот или пополнить счет, ну или как вариант включить ММ и указать параметр LWrisk=1
