Something wrong with the EA. First trade first huge loss. EA is working very slow

EA didn't work right on my setup. Used it as recommended. Author blames me.
Backtest and live trade were not the same. A winning trade on 27.05.2025 at 09:00 in the backtest resulted in a losing trade while live trading. There the same trade opened at 09:08 resulting in a huge SL. This SL I had to manually close because the EA didn't close by himself. Photos showing the trades

just purchased the EA, is there a setfile or do i just use default setting?
use default setting,and then change lot size according to your balance
