Emails are being sent, I just checked. Please check the "Mail Notification Interval" property - this is the minimum time interval between emails.

I think it has some kind of bug in it. First I open a order, it does sent a notification, then on the same pair, I open again a new order, and no notification has been sent.
When I open an order on another pair, it does sent a notification.

To prevent frequent notifications, you can specify the minimum interval between notifications in the EA settings.

Please explain the situation in more detail. What MT5 terminal version are you using? At what step does the error appear? Attach screenshots.

Mt5 v 5.00, build 3559; Algo trading enabled in MT5 and EA, as well as sound notifications in both.

I don't get any sound notification on order close.
I would like to exacltly know where is the .wav audio file is to be placed?

I tried to put it in several locations with no success. I did even change the name of the folder from "Sounds" to "sounds"; tested also the file outside the folder, etc, but no result.

I do not get notification sound when a trade opens or closes. I have sound notifications set to Open/close only.

The .wav audio file should be placed in the folder Sounds that placed near the terminal64.exe. If you hear the MT5 sound notification, the EA sound notifications should works too.

How can I get push notifications if you trade only on mobile?

In order to receive a notification in a mobile terminal, it must be sent from a PC (manually or using an Expert Advisor).
