Please, provide more details: symbol/timeframe, settings, logs. I do not observe such problems.

Thank you for your feedback. I have found a bug which affected PVT on non-Close price. The updated version 1.1 of the indicator is submitted for checkup, please wait when it will become publicly available. Until then you may use all other modes (AD, OBV, PVT on close price type) which was not affected.
