Hi Lee,

Q1. This is explained in the video and manual. The distance is the open of the candle NOT the close of the candle so if a large candle happens trades will be closer together, still want in on a strong signal. Looking at the screenshot though you have multple strategies running and as per the settings that is not recommended.
Q2. You have not enabled the function to close orders at a max.
I would suggest before you use the EA you watch the detailed video explaining all the functionality and read the manual so you fully understand what al lthe settings do. 👍

Thanks for you prompt reply.
I have watched the video, found answers to my questions.
But for the Distance between trades (percent of ADR), which your answered, "The distance is the open of the candle NOT the close of the candle",
I still feel puzzle...
From the screenshot I posted was for Gold. gold' ADR 60days is 1536 points (I set 60 days), so whatever the next order triggered on open or close of the candle, still matter with ADR value, correct? I set 1 ADR, so the distance should be 1536 points, but the triggered positions were almost less than 200 points??? How come?

The EA draws the next minimum distance on the chart. See screenshot.
If candle opens above the line on the chart and there is a signal (corss below in this case of the MA) the EA will take a trade when the signal candle closes. It does NOT have to be above that line. If a candle opened aboe the line on that chart I screenshotted but was say, 3/4 of an ADR in size the EA will trigger the trade as the open was above the candle. Maybe dont trade gold if it does this often (I dont trade it) or increase the distance between trades if you are finding its getting in too close.
Also much easier to get support in Discord https://discord.gg/tXStxA9FDA

Understood! Will try to optimize the distance, to find of any step appropriately.
Thanks again!
Hi Lee,
Hi Lee,
Just were not any trades with that setting probably, turn off ADR entry (should only use one as it says) and test again

I tried turn off ADR entry, but still not working, how can i set the EA to default value? Thanks
Good day Lee,
I've made 63% of my account balance in the first week with your Position Trader EA, using only the default settings. (Looking back, I think the lot size was set too high for my balance, but it all worked out OK).
Please advise how to mitigate against economic data announcements with the EA, especially when I have multiple open positions, across multiple pairs, with multiple news items daily... Last week I just let the EA run 24/7 with blind faith.
