Bitcoin Robot 8.5 version has been added to MQL5. If you can't download it right now, please waiting up to 24 hours. Sometimes it takes several hours to update files. You can to download each new version for free by logging in to your platform, going to the Market section, and downloading the latest version. On the group, you can find the new manual.

- An additional system for BTCUSD pairs. We have added a separate system that only works during News, if you want to use it, simply run it and it will function separately. You can use both the current and new systems simultaneously.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to your account or settings, so I am unsure what is going on, but I see you are not using the correct settings, as because the recovery system recovers the lost position after new one.
If you need support, please contact with out team, unless you simply want to publish negative results (with wrong settings).
I believe it is better to contact our support team to double-check everything rather than scaring potential customers.
Our results are the same for all users, including the ones we publish here and also we share it on group.
