Description:

I am looking for a skilled MQL5 developer to create a **wrapper EA** for my existing TSCEA_v5_4 Expert Advisor. 

**Important Context:** The original EA is compiled/locked (.ex5), so it cannot be modified. The wrapper EA will intercept signals and implement enhanced execution logic while keeping the original EA fully operational.

### Project Requirements

**Goal:** 

Enhance execution so that pending LIMIT orders are placed normally, but if the market price is already *better* than the limit price (within a defined tolerance, e.g., 30 pips), the wrapper EA executes a MARKET order instead. Market orders must **never trigger at worse prices** than the original limit.

**Logic Examples:**

**BUY LIMIT**

- Signal: Buy Limit @ 2000 

- Tolerance: 30 pips 

- Market = 1998 → Execute MARKET BUY 

- Market = 2005 → Place BUY LIMIT at 2000 

- Market = 2035 → Do NOT execute market order 

**SELL LIMIT**

- Signal: Sell Limit @ 2000 

- Tolerance: 30 pips 

- Market = 2002 → Execute MARKET SELL 

- Market = 1995 → Place SELL LIMIT at 2000 

- Market = 1960 → Do NOT execute market order
