Project Description:
I need an MQL5 Expert Advisor built based on a precise Smart Money Concepts (SMC) multi-timeframe strategy. The bot must analyze the 1-Hour chart for institutional bias and execute trades on the 3-Minute chart following strict structural rules.

1. Inputs & Parameters (Customizable)
- Risk Model: Fixed dollar risk of $20.00 for every $100.00 of account balance (20% per trade for personal capital accounts).
- Max Spread Filter: Maximum allowable spread in points to avoid high-spread entries.
- Trading Sessions / Time Window: Ability to set start and end hours for strategy execution.

2. Phase 1: 1-Hour Chart Logic (Directional Bias & Boundaries)
- Key Liquidity Boundaries to Mark Automatically or via Inputs:
  * Previous Day High (PDH) & Previous Day Low (PDL).
  * Session Extremes (London High/Low, Asia High/Low).
  * 1-Hour Order Blocks (1H OB): Defined strictly by the candle body (Open to Close) of fresh 1H OBs that caused a Break of Structure (BOS) or swept liquidity.
- The 1H Trap Filter (Critical Rule): Never sell directly into a 1H Bullish OB and never buy directly into a 1H Bearish OB, regardless of a boundary sweep. Counter-trend entries must be blocked if an unmitigated opposing 1H OB blocks the path.

3. Phase 2 & 3: 3-Minute Lower Timeframe Execution & Triggers
The EA must monitor 3M price action once price interacts with a 1H boundary:
- Setup Types:
  1. Order Block Reversal (OBR): Triggered on a 1H wick sweep at a boundary -> 3M Market Structure Shift (MSS) -> Tap into refined 3M Order Block body (ignoring wicks) after sweeping Structural Liquidity (SLQ) inducement.
  2. Order Block Continuation (OBC): Triggered on a 1H full-body close past a boundary (Decisive BOS) -> Retest of broken level -> Tap into 3M OBC box after SLQ sweep.
  3. 1H OB Reaction / Breaker Block: Price taps 1H OB -> 3M MSS occurs -> Role flip retest of the broken block after SLQ sweep.
- Required 3M Confirmation Patterns (Wait for at least one inside the 3M zone):
  1. Volume Candle (Bullish/Bearish Engulfing body covering previous candle, wicks ignored).
  2. Morning Star / Evening Star pattern.
  3. Essential Wick Rejection (EWR).

4. Phase 4: Risk Management & Position Sizing
- Lot Size Calculation Formula:
  Lot Size = (Account Balance * 0.20) / (Stop Loss Distance in Pips * Pip Value)
- Stop-Loss Placement Rules:
  1. Standard SL: Place SL directly beyond the extreme wick of the 3-minute Order Block.
  2. Large Confirmation Candle: Place SL directly behind the confirmation candle body/wick if it is unusually large.
  3. Volatility Guard: On volatile assets (e.g., Gold, Volatility indices), if a confirmation candle expands too far past the zone, do NOT enter at market—set a Limit Order back into the 3M zone or pass.
- Take-Profit Golden Rule: Your Take-Profit should NEVER extend past an opposing floor or ceiling.

5. Phase 5: Safety & Invalidation Rules
- One-Tap Mitigation Rule: Once an Order Block delivers a move to target, that specific zone is mitigated and locked—never take a second trade on a second tap into the same zone.
- No Mid-Air Trades: Ignore any confirmation pattern that forms in the middle of price action without touching a marked 1-Hour Key Zone.
- Pre-Sweep Trap Protection: Ignore any 3M Order Block formed before an HTF liquidity sweep.

Deliverables Required:
- Compiled MT5 Expert Advisor file (.ex5).
- Full source code file (.mq5) so I can review or tweak settings later.
