Develop trading bot for MT5 or cTrader

Hi, Would it be possible to get a developer for my trading system based on the attached specification?

EA DETAILS 

Indicators to use (1) Better RSI ()         (2) Dynamic Linear Regression Channel (DLRC) by Iravan on Tradingview.com () (3) Range filter Buy and Sell 5 min – guikroth version on Tradingview.com ()           

(With Dynamic Linear Regression, the period/length is automatically adjusted making it much faster to trade with particularly for US market open (when markets can initially gyrate up and down for some time before then settling for a particular direction) THAN the Linear Regression channel by Lonesome, in which the period has to be manually adjusted. However, Linear Regression Channel by Lonesome is better at identifying support and resistance by auto adjusting the outer lines to provide accurate reversal points. As such, the trading system will combine both channels with the DLRC used for short term due to the auto adjusting feature while the Linear Regression channel by the Lonesome will be used as mid-term channel that will determine the trend direction. These will be the default settings, but EA should allow for other combinations of both regression channels.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BOTH TYPES OF LINEAR REGRESSION CHANNELS LIKE ALL LINEAR REGRESSION CHANNELS REPAINT BUT THIS IS THEIR STRENGHT, AS THIS MAKES THEM MORE RESPONSIVE TO MARKET DIRECTION (WHILE MINIMISING CHOPPY TRADES) THAN MOVING AVERAGES – The Linear Regression Channels can get rid of more than 90% of the choppy trades that moving averages cannot.
