Errore “Download del prodotto non riuscito” su MT5 Market (500)

Ciao a tutti,

ho un problema che non riesco a risolvere e spero che qualcuno qui possa aiutarmi. Sto cercando di scaricare l'Expert Advisor ********* dal MetaTrader 5 Market, ma continuo a ricevere l'errore “Download del prodotto non riuscito”.

Ho già provato i passaggi standard per la risoluzione dei problemi, ma non hanno funzionato. Nello specifico, ho:


Riavviato il terminale.

Controllato la mia connessione Internet.

Eliminato i file temporanei del Market nella cartella Community .

Verificato che le credenziali del mio account MQL5 siano corrette.


Qualcun altro ha riscontrato un problema simile con questo o altri prodotti del Market? Sospetto che possa trattarsi di un errore lato server, ma vorrei sapere se esiste una soluzione “nascosta” che potrei provare.

Qualsiasi suggerimento o esperienza condivisa sarebbe molto apprezzato!

Hello everyone,

I'm having a problem that I can't seem to solve and I'm hoping someone here can help. I'm trying to download the ********* Expert Advisor from the MetaTrader 5 Market, but I keep getting the "failed download product" error.
I've already tried the standard troubleshooting steps, but they haven't worked. Specifically, I have:
  • Restarted the terminal.
  • Checked my internet connection.
  • Deleted the Market temporary files in the  Community  folder.
  • Confirmed that my MQL5 account credentials are correct.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with this or other products from the Market? I suspect it might be a server-side error, but I'd like to know if there's any "hidden" solution I could try.
Any suggestions or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
