Hello everyone.
I've recently rented a MQL5 VPS (based in New York) that has a very short ping (about 2 msec) in connecting to my broker account to run an EA, presumably because it is very close to a broker server. Nonetheless, strangely enough, it shows an extremely long execution time both in opening and in closing (forex) positions. It can take even tens of seconds, especially when the volatility is high. This has caused to me a certain loss with my scalping EA.
On the other hand, my home PC, though having a ping of about 120 msec, takes always no more than 300 msec to open/close positions at the same broker!!
Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
