Lines lag behind and do not move with price correctly.

I have to manually refresh chart to update the lines to correct values.

Second, can you please provide us more information about the issue? We couldn't experience the same behaviour. Therefore can you send the indicator's settings, version of MT5 and symbol, timeframe?

OK I will post my chart for NQ after the FOMC  meeting minutes today, so keep your chart for NQ (Nasdaq) futures, so you can compare. I will not refresh my chart. I will also post the indicator settings.

As of MT5 version, I'm using the latest version, Version 5.00 Build 1730, 21 Dec 2017

Its been 6 days since I provided the information you asked for. I attached a link of my chart showing how your indicator is lagging behind. If you cannot fix the indicator, is it possible to get a refund?

I am really sorry that you are experiencing this issue. We work hard to solve this issue so please, be patient.

The issue is now in testing phase therefore it shouldn't take long to release a new version of indicator.

Unfortunately, the sell transaction was realized through MQL5 market. The refund is not possible then.

We already have a new faster version of the VWAP indicator. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to replicate the issue that you've experienced. Therefore we can't be 100% sure that the new version helps you.

To be sure, I would like to ask you for additional information:
1) What broker do you have?
2) Do you experience the same issue at the another market? 
3) Do you experience the same issue in Strategy Tester?

My broker is amp http://www.ampfutures.com/metatrader/

I only trade futures. This issue is with every futures instrument.

Strategy Tester uses historical data. This issue is with LIVE data.

Indicators can behave differently in historical and in LIVE data. I have one other case like that with indicators bought here at mql5 market. It will be better if they change to installing working indicators for a few days. Let the trader test in LIVE data. They can expire the indicator after a few days but let trader ensure it is working before buying.

While we are at it, please also consider adding a feature to your indicator. Plot the three mid standard deviations also. Make it optional and make the lines very thin (very faint). Mid Standard Deviation 1, Mid Standard Deviation 2, Mid Standard Deviation 3 with thin lines.
