Hello. This is an indicator that brings together 9 in one. The signals of the 9 indicators are given in the window below the chart. All those little red and blue squares are for informational purposes only. The real signals that you should follow will appear on the chart, and they don't show up all the time, as you mentioned. They only appear when all 9 indicators are pointing in the same direction.
