I gave the seller time to respond. I got an immediate response before I bought it. After I bought it, I gave them several days to respond. Only when I write a negative review do I get an immediate response. That was the point of the review, that you responded. If you had just written briefly that it would take a moment until you could help me, that wouldn't be a problem at all. But just ignoring me even though you read the messages is not okay. I am happy to change my rating to 5 stars if everything is done as agreed and the EA works as described. Contact me in a PM and we can discuss everything else.
