В тестере стратегий автоматическое определение GMT сервера вашего брокера работать не будет,данные индикатора будут отоброжаться для GMT +0:00.
Чтобы получить правильные данные, установите в параметре GMT_Summer летнее GMT смещение Сервера Брокера(котировок) в часах. Параметры Session_opening_hour и Session_closing_hour теперь менять не нужно.

To get the correct data, set the GMT_Summer parameter to the summer GMT offset of the Broker's Server (quotes) in hours. The Session_opening_hours and Session_closing_hour parameters do not need to be changed now.
