see the setting maxlot,if total lot or multiple lot in order 8 >= maxlot stop open order ( maxlot=filter in lot ).

Please explain the location of the error? This EA has lots of settings, please test it until it is what you expect. In the default setting is high risk, if you want to be low risk please change the settings. For example step_open_order = 50 to 100, multi lot to 1.5 and the maxlot setting is less. thanks for the test .... my friend.
