Even if you live in the same timezone as your broker, you can still use Timezone Converter to display the time in the AM/PM format. Just set the "Shift" parameter to 0 and make sure the "Display Format" parameter is set to "AM/PM Format".

I can't get it to download on my MT4 from FX Choice. How do you fix this?

Thanks for reporting the issue and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
I opened up an MT4 Classic Demo account with FX Choice and I was able to download the indicator and get it to work without any problems.
I know that you're probably not on a Demo account, but is this the same set up that you're using?

Unfortunately, there is no way to change the time axis of a chart.
