This EA uses a different trading strategy. Parameters and indicators are used by others.

You can try the settings from the description. Or they have little profit in the tester show? If there is time, I can add some settings.
As usual, for those interested, here's the chart showing potential for this EA, 10 years optimizations, all pairs, backtests made considering realistic spreads, slippages and commissions, congrats to Alexander once again, great job!.

Perhaps very few available funds in the account. If they are less than 100, he will not bargain to trade. For small money, use a cent account. Also, try to reduce the percentage from 10 to 2-3%
I bought this Expert but I am absolutely disappointed, I would like to get my money back but I know this is not possible. The backtest I did on metatrader4 with the same values that you suggested but as you can see are very different from your back test (not only becouse the ammount od the money account but the performance), this Expert, it does exactly the opposite of the market trend, do not buy or rent this EA because it will make you lose a lot of money.
Hello. The advisor was made a long time ago, the settings are very outdated. Did you optimize the parameters?

Now you can try these settings for EUR/USD H1 (5-digit account):
