When you use "confirmed" signal then NO, but when you use "Live Break" and "Live Break with ReEntry" then sometime indicator can delete arrow during candle growing, but it's very-very-very rare case, but if candle closed and arrow is still exist it's mean arrow stay there forever. I tested indicator in strategy tester and I noticed indicator repaints ONLY 2 times!!! You can download indicator and test it in strategy tester and see how it's working before purchase it.

P.S. Use indicator on TF H1 and higher (maybe M30 too), because lower TFs give many wrong signals.

Yes, buffer 0 for UP arrow and buffer 1 for DOWN arrow.

The red boxes with price in them are these delayed or when signal is generated & do they repaint ? Can they be used in a ea, is access to these buffers available?

Red boxes appears every time when signal appears. Yes, you can use this indicator for EA, buffer 0 for UP arrow and buffer 1 for DOWN arrow.
