I built Gold Risk Radar after running into the same issue again and again while trading gold:
On MT5, you can see positions, floating P/L, lot sizes…
but you don’t really see what your risk is doing structurally.
Especially on XAUUSD, things can look stable for a while:
→ Positions seem balanced
→ Floating profit is acceptable
→ Nothing feels urgent
And then within a few candles, exposure shifts, price moves fast,
and the whole structure becomes difficult to control.
For me, the problem wasn’t entries.
It was not having a clear, immediate view of:
→ “What should I actually do right now with this exposure?”
So Gold Risk Radar is not an indicator, and not a signal tool.
It’s a decision layer.
Instead of giving more data, it tries to reduce everything into something actionable:
• Is risk under control?
• Is structure starting to stretch?
• Should I hold, monitor, or de-risk?
What the panel does:
• Reads your current positions and exposure
• Interprets the structure (balance, pressure, drift)
• Outputs a clear state and suggested action
You’ll see outputs like:
→ Risk under control
→ Monitor
→ De-risk
The goal is simple:
→ remove hesitation during live trading
A few things I focused on when building it:
• Keep it on-chart → no context switching
• Keep it readable → no overload of numbers
• Keep it stable → no flicker when switching timeframe
• Keep it practical → only what affects decisions
This tool won’t make your entries better.
And it won’t replace your strategy.
But from my own experience, it helps with something very real:
→ staying too long in a position simply because the risk wasn’t clearly visible
If you trade gold regularly, or manage multiple positions,
this is where it becomes most useful.
If this approach fits your workflow, you may also find these tools useful:
• Gold Trade Manager PRO – execution and position control
• Gold Trade Manager MT5 – simplified trade management
• Gold One Click Trader MT5 – fast entry and exit panel
• Gold Spread Monitor MT5 – avoid trading during bad spreads
• Gold Candle Timer – precise candle tracking
• Risk Ratio Planner – plan trades with better RR
• Gold Daily Range MT5 – track volatility range
• Gold Previous Week High Low MT5 – key reference levels
• Gold Equity Protector – monitor equity and control drawdown
I usually build tools in a modular way:
→ each one solves one specific problem
→ and you can combine them depending on how you trade
If you have feedback or notice something in real usage,
feel free to leave a comment.
I do read them and improve the tools over time.
Thanks for taking a look.
