The Notification should be sent to phone once per one signal, not by repetition as arrows appears

I’ll fix this in the next version.
I’ll improve the notifications to be neat and smooth, and remove all confusion.

Planned fixes:
• Only one notification per signal (no repetition)
• No more bullish & bearish alerts at the same time
• Notification will trigger only after signal confirmation
• Arrows can appear on chart, but phone alert = single clean message only
