If you could add a setting that limits the number of bars in the history where the indicator searches for and displays Fair Value Gaps (FVG) that would be great.

I can add a configurable customization; tell me how many bars to the back you think would be interesting to have marked.

Hello,

The requested feature has already been implemented.

A new optional parameter was added that allows you to limit the number of historical bars where the indicator searches and displays Fair Value Gaps (FVG).

By default, this function is disabled in order to preserve the original behavior (full historical scan).

To use it, simply:

  1. Reload or reattach the indicator to the chart.

  2. Enable the option “Limit bars analyzed” in the settings.

  3. Set the desired number of bars (e.g., 240).

If the option remains disabled, the indicator will continue working exactly as before.
