Guys let me know if you need any help with the parameter setup and the trigger time.

Do you have a setup to start from? The default one is not working well on XM, EURUSD, H1. 

Can you do a screenshot of what you currently have on your setup and your broker server time.

If the current price is too close to the offset the EA won't execute order for range.

I have the default settings. My broker's server time is GMT+2. 

The problem is not that orders are not executed, the problem is the performance.

I'm still testing out with different offsets and trigger time to find the right balance.

You can use the settings on the screenshots I attached to do further test at your end. It's on XAUUSD and the result I got is a bit decent, it's all about finding the right balance with the offsets for the range, TP and SL. 

It would be nice if you had settings that you knew worked!?!?

Thank you for the feedback, my goal with the EA is to give you a tool, you bring the insights for your market, your broker and your pair (the markets are too dynamic with many variables). I'll keep refining things and I'm very open to hearing about what you discover.

The updated EA is easier to setup using your broker's server time.

I'm working on an updated version with a visual range shaded area and optional ATR integration.

Testing with XAUUSD, XAUEUR, US Tech 100, Wall Street 30 and Germany 40. These are good pairs with daily reasonable range breaks.

So far, I've had minimal true-positive entries but the potential looks encouraging.
