**v3.20 UPDATE: Candle Momentum Confirmation** EdgePulse Pro now incorporates price-action validation to enhance signal accuracy. The system requires both: 1. EMA crossover signal 2. Confirmed momentum from previous candle This simple but powerful filter dramatically reduces whipsaw trades while maintaining the core breakout strategy. Backtested and live-traded on NAS100 with 67% win rate and 14% max drawdown under FTMO-style risk constraints.
A 3.5 year backtest on EURUSD H1 gave me a profit of $81.45 with only 33 trades (that's not even 1 trade per month!!) and a win rate of 46% (fixed lot size 0.1 on a 50k acccount), on AUDUSD H1 it's $55.88 with 52 trades (win rate 39%), all default settings... Lower time frames all are negative... Am I missing something here???

🛠 Update Notice: I’ve just updated the default input parameters for this EA — they are now fully optimized for AUDUSD on the H1 timeframe. The new settings are based on extensive backtesting using high-quality data, with a focus on improving consistency and reducing drawdown.
If you’re testing on other pairs or timeframes, I still recommend running your own optimizations, but this update should provide a solid, high-performance starting point for AUDUSD H1 out of the box.
