Yes that is correct. The percentage shows how strong is the trend. Up or down Dn.

The indicator shows how strong the trend is. He is not showing how long the trend will go up or down. The best way is to use it in combination  with other Indicators.

Thank you for this good indicator., ut could you please remove the constant logging the indicator does.

Depending on the instruments but it is very excessive logging.
