You can increase or decrease the [#04] Target input to directly increase or decrease the loss. The loss is 4 times the value of the Target.

The expert is working correctly, waiting for the best opportunities. Over the last few days, USDJPY has been moving, but without any significant force, it's almost like a drift.

In my IC Trading account with this expert, we closed a trade with a gain on 4/11.
