Hy  Yes, that's correct! As long as a pending order (e.g., Buy Stop, Sell Stop, Buy Limit, Sell Limit) is not triggered and turned into an open position, no margin is required for it. However, as soon as the pending order is executed and becomes an actual position, the corresponding margin is reserved on the account, which can then impact the margin level (MC level).
