When using any EA, after successful installation, users should:
+ Be patient for at least 48 hours because trading signals need time to form. For example, if it takes 1 H4 candle to cut up MA20, it takes at least 4 hours to form 1 H4 candle (just an example), while you just bought EA and installed it in the last 1 hour. I mean the time is too short, and not enough for the market to tell a story and output a signal. Sometimes it takes 48 hours for you to see a clear signal or EA catches a signal to open a trade, just an example, but there are also other days when you see more trades after 12 hours instead of 48 hours, or after xx hours (the numbers are examples and assumptions). Just so you understand that it takes a little time and patience.
+ After successfully installing EA, you should keep EA and MT4 online and connected to the internet 24/7 (or 24/5). It is recommended to use VPS for low latency and stable connection. Then you can leave and do your other work without constantly monitoring EA.
+ After 48 hours, if there are no trading orders, you should check the installation and contact me via private message with a more detailed description of the installation and related images such as charts, settings, MT4 interface screenshot... so that I can identify the problem and give more specific advice.
If you have trouble with backtesting after purchase, try:
+ Re-download history data (press F2 to re-download). Changing MT4 account may cause loss of history data.
+ Backtest with visual mode for more visual.
+ Check backtest spread to make sure you backtest with appropriate spread. EA has Max Spread parameter to Do not trade when spread is high. If you backtest or use in high spread, EA will not trade. So check spread and Max Spread, then you can increase Max Spread value if needed, but low spread is better. It is recommended to use ECN/Raw account for low spread (spread < 35 points).
+ Try reinstalling EA (if you find it necessary): delete old/current file, open Market/Purchased panel and install EA.
