Ciao Mika, grazie per il tuo lavoro, sto testando il tuo conto EA su Demo con i broker avatrade, ho notato che non funziona su VANTAGE, ho provato a nominare il simbolo con il + rappresentato da market watch, ma non è stato effettuato alcun ordine, ora sto provando su FXPRO e ti aggiornerò. Mi è piaciuto su VANTAGE perché è il mio broker principale. Potresti voler controllare se anche tu hai questo piccolo problema. Grazie e buona serata.

Yes. I have been trading this now for years and this new version has some improvements. Most importantly two ways to filter trades and adjust risk. 

Trades are skipped or made with smaller risk if large daily move was done with huge volume and relative volume is still high in the evening when the entry would happen. Move is less likely to reverse compared to days where relative volume is closer to normal.

Also DCA can be now be stopped for a while if price is aggressively moving against the trade. Then DCA is stopped and is resumed when strong move slows down. Skipped volume is entered delayed. And then trade is closed after a push towards profit. Sometimes also with loss but this prevents larger losses as exit is done after correction even if it was not enough to bring basket to profit. 

Those 2 things improve performance quite a lot.


This is forward test with these new settings. I started to use them at the end of April this year. Risk Factor = 1.5





Those are from IC markets demo account to run and test EA alone. I use it also for live accounts but trade other EAs on the same accounts. This EA is good for such use as deposit load is low and churns nice steady background profit to the account. 

So new version is doing very well and also over times when many other DCA/grid EAs suffered. Partially because I trade conservative risk, But there is still risk this hits bigger loss eventually. There is some losses  in longer backtest as well but they all are recovered nicely.
