NinjaTrader 8 MetaTrader 5 Bridge

The bridge needs to copy trades from NinjaTrader 8 to MetaTrader 5 instantly (low latency). Trades are manually by using the "Chart Trader Feature" within NT8-Charts.

Stop loss and take profit orders placed in NT8 also need to be copied in MT5, this includes dragging the stop losses and take profits to other levels as the trades progresses.

For precautions sake an audio alert needs to build in, in the event that the connection between NT8 and MT5 is lost, including a solution to reconnect quickly without closing/restarting the NT8 Platform (I don't mind to restart the MT5 Platform).

I will need complete source code for future modifications/improvements.
