MT4/MT5 Integration with Rest API

I need integration code for MT4/MT5 clients to Push all Account Activity to a Rest API.

Should be able to authenticate using User/Pass or Access Token (key/secret) 

The purpose is to be able to have realtime info from MT4/5 client users.

Activity includes:

Buy

Sell

Orders (and modifications of orders)

Stop loss / take profit updates

Deposit / Withdrawal updates

Historical Trades

And in general anything related to trading activity.
